<Tigre_bianco> (2 Corinthians 4:7) But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.

<Tigre_bianco> But we - Not only the apostles, but all true believers. Have this treasure - Of divine light, love, glory. In earthen vessels -

<Tigre_bianco> In frail, feeble, perishing bodies. He proceeds to show, that afflictions, yea, death itself, are so far from hindering the

<Tigre_bianco> ministration of the Spirit, that they even further it, sharpen the ministers, and increase the fruit. That the excellence of the

<Tigre_bianco> power, which works these in us, may undeniably appear to be of God.

<Tigre_bianco> (Colossians 1:27) To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

<Tigre_bianco> (Romans 9:23) And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,

<Tigre_bianco> (2 Corinthians 12:10) Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
