Lightbulb BarBeCue or BarBeQue!

I Love to Barbecue!!
I'm so good at it and it's so quick & easy! Now if I could find a way to cook vegetables on the barbecue!
I know how to cook sweet corn, but other vegetable I have no idea!
Sometimes I feel like a barbecue Queen!!!

Love to all barbecue Queens,

BBQ is always tasty...You can try grilling asparagus, that usually turns out well. You can also try some unconvential foods, like peaches. As long as that barbeque glaze is on the food, it'll be good.

Have you tried PBs and the cooking channels on cable they sometimes during the summer have bbq marathons and tell you how to cook veggies on the bbq.

the way we do that is to season and wrap up veggies in heavy duty tin foil pouches. and baked taters and warped up in the same. you can also take tomatoes and cut them in half and place them on the grill and let m cook on the side of the grill that is not so hot but that will let them simmer and cook them to bubble . them place a couple of slices of pepper jack on top of them let it melt and serve with dinner.

you can also cut off the tops off bell peppers and scoop out the insides and fill with a filling of mixture of what ever kind of shrimp, crab or seafood salad you want. then place on the grill . ( salad must be pre cooked) . and cook the bell peeper on the grill. the place a slice of peeper jack over the top of the bell pepper. melt then serve, do not over stuff bell pepper.

apples, pears, and peaches are in corning wear in wrapped in thin layers of pastry dough or heavy duty tin foil and cooked on the grill with the lid shut for about 20 mints while every one is eating.... looks like a wrapped up in itself cala-zone sort of but it is a pie lightly sweetened you can make as big or as small as you want.... it is really good. when pulled off the grill and served with home made ice cream..... :-)

just so you know everything can be cooked on the grill. it just takes planning
and the right equipment and maybe a book and some information from your locale grilling store.... Enjoy cooking outside this summer.... It always saves money on the electric bill... and the food bill, Buy in bulk and save.
