Grilled Zucchini
Slice zucchini into length-wise slices. Cover with bottled Italian dressing and let sit for about an hour. Place over medium grill, turning once, for five to ten minutes or until tender. If you have any leftover the next day, try stuffing pita bread with your leftover barbecued meat, the grilled zucchini, plain yogurt, salt and pepper.
