FAMOUS STRAWBERRY PIE
Prepare two graham cracker pie crusts and set aside.
In sauce pan whip together:
3 c. cold water
3 T. cornstarch
Add: 1 1/2 cups sugar
Put on Medium high heat stirring constantly
Boil 2-3 minutes
Add 6 ounces Strawberry Gelatin and bring back to a boil. Remove from heat.
Remove 6 ounces of mixture and set aside to cool in a separate bowl (this
will go on the top of the pies later.)
Cool about an hour.
Cut 20 ounces fresh strawberries (20 ounces for each pie) and add to
cooled mixture remaining in sauce pan.
Pour into 2 graham cracker crusts.
Top with the rest of the cooled sauce.
