Sweetheart Cookies
1 Cup butter Softened
2 3oz pkgs. of Cream Cheese
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Cups sifted All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp salt
1 Cup old fashion oatmeal
1/2 Cup pecans or walnuts
Cream butter & cream cheese.Add sugar & vanilla. Blend flour,baking powder & salt. Add to cream cheese mixture. Add rest of ingredients. Chill overnight. Bake at 325 degrees in a greased pan for about 10 min. Let cool and top each cookie with cream cheese. Refridgerate once cool!![/size][/color]
